Coaching

Are you having a tough time making a decision, figuring out where to go from here, or stymied and overwhelmed? We can help you one on one with our coaching practice.  The coaches are Randi Kreger, author, and Corrine Stoewsand, a dalectical behavior therapy coach who studied with DBT founder Marsha Linehan.

We are not therapists and we do not do therapy. We are much more direct and frank in providing answers and helping you deal with your situation right now.

“Randi literally saves people’s lives. To those of us who’ve read her stuff and found out that we’re not crazy and there’s a name for this disorder, she is a guiding star, a light in the darkness, and a voice crying out in the wilderness.”
