Just released in 2022!
“Stop Walking on Eggshells for Parents”

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

Someone in your life may have borderline personality disorder if:

  • Their emotions change in the blink of an eye
  • They need constant reassurance
  • They fly into rages
  • They love you, then hate you
  • They’re incredibly impulsive
  • Major, fast mood swings
  • They’re jealous and accuse you of having affairs
  • They are suicidal or self-harm

Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD)

You may have someone with narcissistic personality disorder in your life if:

  • They do or say mean things to you in a careless or vengeful way if they’re mad
  • They only talk about themselves
  • They have a never ending need for admiration and attention
  • They have no empathy
  • They’re arrogant, entitled, and think they’re superior
  • They’re the victim and everything is someone else’s fault

About International Expert Randi Kreger

My name is Randi Kreger, and I’m one of the world’s leading experts on how to take your life back when someone you love has borderline or narcissistic personality disorder. I am best known for my book Stop Walking on Eggshells.

My mission is to help you repair your relationship with your family member, if you can. If you can’t, I’ll help you move forward, whatever that means for you.

My newest books are Stop Walking on Eggshells for Parents, out in December or January 2022. You can preorder here. The other is The Essential Family Guide to BPD, which is really Stop Walking on Eggshells 2.0.

If a family member has BPD or NPD, you need support and information! Join my Moving Forward information and  Support Group.  I send out practical info several times a week.

Join my mailing list to be notified when I have something important going on. I send something at most four times a year.

I recommend visiting my bookstore. It contains 25 years worth of my knowledge. The information there will help you get your life back on track.

This website is rich with information that will help you live better. It’s almost a book of its own. Make it one of your favorites and come back often.

I wish you happiness, health, peace, safety, and happiness, whether your family member decides to get better or not.

“Randi literally saves people’s lives. To those of us who’ve read her stuff and found out that we’re not crazy and there’s a name for this disorder, she is a guiding star, a light in the darkness, and a voice crying out in the wilderness.”
